
Velma V. Rosinski, age 100, passed away in Las Vegas on June 15, 2014 from a stroke. She was born on August 24, 1913 in Warren, Arkansas. Velma was the beloved wife of the late Harry Rosinski, WWII Veteran, Army Air Force. Oldest sister of Verna, Arthur and Mary Sue. She is survived by her only child, Bob Rosinski. She leaves four grandchildren, Nicole Lombardo (Joe), Robert Jr. (Amy), Joel Geist and Craig Geist (Kelly) and five great-grandchildren, Morgan, Connor, Mason, Joey and Annabelle. Velma resided in St. Clair Shores since 1949 until 3 years ago and attended St. Angela’s Catholic Church. She was well known for her artistic and delicious cakes that she prepared with loving care for hundreds of folks. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Kaul Funeral Home, 27830 Gratiot Avenue, Roseville. A funeral service will take place on Monday at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow in White Chapel Cemetery, Troy. Please share a memory of Velma at her online guest book.
