Antonio Legarizzi was born on June 13, 1928 in Lozzo Atestino (Padua) Italy. Passed away on September 17, 2014 in Sacramento, CA. He retired as Superintendent of Water and Sewer for the City of Sacramento. Antonio was preceded in death by his loving wife, Amneris and is survived by his loving daughter Sandra, son-in-law Giuseppe, and granddaughter Nives. In Italy, he is survived by brothers Aldo, Bruno and Rino, nephews Gianni and Dario, and niece Gigliana. He will be missed by many, including goddaughter Gloria and his devoted caregiver Maria. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 23, 2014 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm, followed by a Vigil Service at 7:00 pm at Nicoletti, Culjis and Herberger, 5401 Folsom Blvd. (916) 451-7284. A private burial will take place at a later date in Italy. Antonio will be laid to rest with his wife in Laveno on Lago Maggiore, Italy.
