Dr. Chinn was my father, Sam Fong's doctor and friend. My dad was Dr. Chinn's contemporary, b. 1923. During appointments they would chat about their favorite foods and current activities. My mother, Alice, always remembers how Dr. Chinn special ordered TWO eggs in his doong every year when the Church held their annual doong-making sale. My mom and I send our condolences. We just learned about Dr. Chinn's passing from the ACC newsletter.

It was a pleasure to have known such a fine man. A very special thank you to him and Rebecca who took care of Henry and Maryellen Oyama. May Dr. Chinn rest in peace and may God give the whole Chinn Family strength as they live through this most painful time. Sincerely, Mickie & Rebecca Wolfing.

The passing of a man whose personal and professional standards were a role model for many is a sad day indeed. His legacy will continue through his children and I suspect his grandchildren as well.
