Elsa “Elsie” Hayth, 83, of St. Albans, passed away February 18, 2019 at her home.
She was born on April 3, 1935 in Muggenbach, Germany the daughter of Max and Matilda Bauer. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son Thomas “Tommy” and several brothers and sisters.
Elsie was a loving wife, mother, and friend. She had lived a life of happiness. She had many interests and hobbies. She loved riding her bike, playing Bingo, and was happiest watching TV. She will be greatly missed by all who were a part of her life.
She is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Charles, and nephew, Ray Hayth and a host of close friends.
Celebration of Elsie’s life will be at 3:00 P.M. Friday, February 22, 2019 at Casdorph & Curry Funeral Home with Celebrant HR Whittington presiding.
Gathering of family and friends will be from 1:00 P.M. until time of service at the funeral home.

We are so sorry to learn of Elsa’s passing. She was one fine lady and I always enjoyed our conversations. We would have been at the services, but we’re out of town. Keeping you and Ray in our thoughts and prayers for comfort and peace.
