Love, thoughts, and prayers to the Briscoe family. Rosemary was a wonderful, loving friend, neighbor, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was a caregiver to so many. I loved stopping by her home when I was walking the dog, or seeing and hearing what was happening to those she loved ...I have never seen anyone more devoted to her family. Thank you Carrie for being there for her these final years. Prayers for comfort and peace. Dee
