Jacqueline Ann Toolen of St. Charles, MO passed away on July 18, 2021 at the age of 95.

Loving wife of the late Robert J. Toolen, Sr., devoted mother of Robert Toolen, Jr. (Terry),Joy Heston (Lee), Lynn Pounders (the late Dan), the late Michael Taylor, Theresa Ruebel (Brad), Kevin Toolen (Cynde), Lisa Taylor; treasured grandmother of Kevin Toolen, Kate Pounders, Nick Heston (Diana), Mark Pounders (Tracy), Jason Ruebel, the late Annie Pounders and Michael Taylor (Monica); loving great-grandmother of Lillian Pounders, Mark Pounders Jr., Madeline Heston and Amelia Heston. Jacqueline was also preceded in death by her beloved sister, Billye Niemetz. She was a cherished aunt and a friend to many.

Jackie enjoyed many things in life - bowling, golfing, camping and fishing, traveling, dancing, playing cards, feeding and watching the birds who visited her feeders, and watching the St. Louis Cardinals. She especially loved her time with family and always made holidays and family get-togethers special and memorable. Her children and grandchildren were her greatest joy and she made sure that they knew she loved them and was always ready to offer a helping hand.

Jackie was loved by many and will be greatly missed.

In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or the Humane Society.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, July 22, 2021 at Alexander White Mullen Funeral Home from 10:00AM -11:30 AM. Funeral Service to follow at 11:30AM.
