David Michael Brandhorst, known to most as “Mikey”, passed away on March 26, 2021 at the age of 39 years. Mikey was born October 20, 1981 in St. Louis, MO. Beloved son of Sandra (Leif) Caspersen and the late David Joseph Brandhorst; loving father of Taylor Barth and Landon Brandhorst; dear brother of Ryan (Jackie) Caspersen; cherished nephew of Glenda Sutter. Mikey is also survived by Landon’s mother, Chelsea Wiegand.

Mikey was always a playful jokester and loved to tease. He enjoyed cooking, playing disc golf and billiards, watching movies and listening to music. He loved his job and took great pride in being a union laborer with Concrete Strategies, Inc.

Mikey was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
