On Monday, April 29, our deeply loved and cherished daughter, Jaclyn departed this earthly realm just 2 1/2 weeks shy of her 23rd birthday.

Jaclyn was a shining light to all who knew her. Her smile and laugh, her talent to tease, and most of all her happy, loving, innocent nature delighted everybody who she encountered. She radiated the pure joy of just being alive, and remained as a little child. She was a living demonstration of the words of Jesus that "of such is the kingdom of heaven". She now rests in His loving arms for eternity.

She is the beloved daughter of Terry and Dolores (nee Marquez) Foraker; dearest sister of Marcelle and of her twin brother, Logan; dear granddaughter of Janet and the late Shane Foraker and Allan and Leila Wilkins; dear great granddaughter of Dorothy Foraker and Evelyn Kilgore. Dearest niece, cousin and friend of many.

In honor of Jaclyn's memory please wear something with her favorite color, yellow, at the visitation and funeral service. Memorial contributions may be made to Behavior Intervention Services or to the St. Louis Arc. Please share your favorite memories of Jaclyn in the online guestbook at www.hoffmeistercolonial.com. If desired, please have floral arrangements delivered to the church on Friday between 4pm and 5pm.

I had the pleasure and honor to work with Jackie when she was in school. She was a very happy girl who made those around her smile! She will be missed.

Jaclyn knew my dog, Wylie, had chewed up my shoes before. Every time she would see a picture of him or think about him, she would say “Wylie chewed up your shoes.”. I would always say, “Yes he did! And how did that make me feel?” She would always respond “Not happy!”. I can still hear her saying it. I will always be ‘not happy’ when Wylie chews up my shoes. I used to work in Jaclyn’s house as well. I love you Jaclyn!

I always loved how Jaclyn remembered details about everyone and their pets. She would always show interest and inquire about me, my family and our dog, Padme. She would recount the things she recalled from our last visit with such accuracy! And oh how she loved babies:) She is so dear. Jaclyn we will miss you until we meet again.

Jackie use to like to remind me …. "Ms. Gloria you remind me of Sue on Glee...because you are so saucy!" This was during her teen years @ Southview School. This always made me laugh, but also a reminder of how true & honest she was.... Rest in Peace sweet smiling Jackie!

I didn't see Jackie very much after the family moved to Missouri. My best memories of her are from when she was a little girl. When my mom and aunts were all pregnant at the same time... and we had 4 new babies in the family within a year! Christmas with all the kids was always the greatest, and Jackie was so cute and so fun. It's heartbreaking that Jackie had to leave us so early. Wish I could be there with you right now.

I have so many memories with Jaclyn. My favorite is when my mom was sick she gave me a hug and pat my head and was calling me a poor thing.

My memory of Jacqueline Rene Foraker, is when her, her Mom Delores and I went shopping and she had the biggest smile on her face. Jacqueline was a ray of sunshine to everyone she met. I will never forget her, she has touched my life with her smile and her loving soul.

Every day with Jackie was a fun time she always knew how to make me laugh and smile. And every time that I saw her she asked me if they were going to make a toy story 4 and I told her no ... but the last time I remember that I was with jackie I told her yes cuz they announced that they were going to make one ... and that was the last time I saw her .. I wish that I stayed more in contact with her .. I love her always 😘

To the dear family of Jackie, I worked with Jackie at Behavior Intervention Services. While working with Jackie she was a please to work with. Jackie was an awesome sweet loving young lady. If Jackie had something planned in her mind and she wanted to do it she had no problem telling the staff what she wanted to do. Me and Jackie went on many outings which made her very happy. Jackie liked to be in the community interacting with other people. I want to say a prayer for the family of Jackie. May the lord be with you all and god bless you. It was an honor to work with your Daughter.
