COTEAU HOLMES – Funeral services will be conducted for Randy Joseph Chatagnier, age 54, at 2:30 pm on Wednesday, August 14, 2019 at the Coteau Holmes Full Gospel Church. Bro. Jarrod Robin will officiate. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday at the church from 8:30 am until service time.
A native and resident of Coteau Holmes, Mr. Chatagnier passed Sunday, August 11, 2019 at his residence.
Born on October 23, 1964 to the Ronald and Juanita Chatagnier, Randy was one of 4 children. He was a kind a caring man who enjoyed the simple life of country living. Randy worked as a handy man for Global Manufacturing for nearly 27 years. He enjoyed gardening and helping around the house. Randy will be truly and deeply missed by all those who knew and loved him.
Survivors include his mother, Juanita Burch Chatagnier of Coteau Holmes; siblings, Curtis Chatagnier, and Todd Chatagnier and companion Michelle Landry all of Coteau Holmes, and Tammy Chatagnier and companion Joe Lukaszeski of St. Martinville; and nephews; Trey, Ty, and Taylor Chatagnier, Logan Lukaszeski,; and great nephew, Laikyn Chatagnier.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ronald Chatagnier; paternal grandparents, Eufice and Leona Richard Chatagnier; and maternal grandparents, Ellis and Yola Sonnier Burch.
Pallbearers will be members and friends of the family.
