Cynthia was born April 12, 1973 in Jennings to Charles Daigle and the late Florence Soileau, and passed away peacefully August 22, 2018 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.

Cynthia worked for many years in the restaurant business in the Acadiana area. She was known for her loving heart and for bringing inspiration to all she met. Her family was her greatest joy and that extended over to her Spanish family as well. She shared a loving bond with them all and those memories will be cherished forever. Some of her pastimes were art and poetry. She could be found often in the company of her nieces and nephews doing art projects or crafting posters and such. She leaves a legacy of love and will be missed dearly.

She is survived by her sons, Carlos Ochoa and Christopher Ochoa; her grandchildren, Amy and Angel Ochoa; her father, Charles Colin Daigle; her sisters who were her caregivers, Katherine Dore, Sandra Dore (who Cynthia looked upon as a mother), LaRhonda Bordelon, and Tara Oliver; her brother’s in law, Fransisco Barajas and John Deville; her boyfriend, Rigoberto; her Godmother, Judy Monceaux; her nieces and nephews, Nolon Dore, Johnathan Laughlin, Danny Bordelon, Jr., Ryan Bordelon, Javier Herrera, Gage Guidry, Dustin Bordelon, Kasey DeVille, Amanda Richard, Kimberly Lopez, Darian Guidry, Katrina Oseguera; and her great nieces and nephews, Gavin Broussard, Beau Laughlin, Isabella Blood, Caden Paul Bordelon, Jasmine Ardoin, Kelsey Ardoin, Lizzie Ardoin, Jaylenne Ardoin, Jody Wayne Adroin, Jr., Ana'Leya Guidry, Paisley Guidry, Carly Bordelon, Kooper Bordelon, Kamdyn Bordelon, Camila Chavez, Gabriel Lukyanchuk, and Viviana Lukyanchuk.

Along with her mother, she was preceded in death by her nieces Julieta Herrera and Addison Richard.
