Delores K. Popelka

She was the daughter of Roy and Mary Schafer and attended Minnesota School Academy for Deaf. She worked at Loghouse Foods in Plymouth and raised her family in Hopkins. Delores was a member of St. Pascal’s Catholic Church and enjoyed getting to know the community. She loved to cook and sew for friends and family and play cribbage with Francis. She will be remembered for her kindness, love, and laughter. She loved spending time with her family and grandchildren.

Delores was preceded in death by Parents, Roy and Mary Schafer; Brother, David Schafer.

Delores will be deeply missed by her Husband, Francis; Sons, Steve (Julie) and Jason (Jill); Grandchildren, Melanie, Dylan, Carson, Bryce, and Jonah; Siblings, Virginia (Lynn) Douglas, Tom (Mary) Schafer, Phyllis (John) Hommes, Jeanne (Bob) Bedel, and Larry Schafer; Many Nieces and Nephews.
