My condolences to Mr. Lurensky's family.
While I certainly was not the brightest bulb on the chemistry tree, I enjoyed his style of teaching during my days at N.E.I. in Kenmore Square.

Lurensky Family:
I had the honor of having Mr. Lurensky as my chemistry teacher while I was at N.E. Institute. I truly believe he was the first teacher to actually have me understanding the subject. My deepest sympathy to the family.

Amy and family,
My deepest condolences for your loss.
I wish I could say I knew your dad, he sounds like a wonderful man. He will be greatly missed but always with you in spirit, especially this first Passover...Leave him a seat at the table!

Dear Lurensky Family ~ Maurice was a dedicated, inspirational, and engaging teacher. He had a positive and profound impact on the education and careers of countless funeral directors who were fortunate enough to be in his chemistry classes at New England Institute in Kenmore Square. I had the privilege of enjoying Maurice as my instructor and assisting him as a tutor; I can say without reservation that he genuinely cared about his students and their success. May the memory of him be for a blessing.
