Carolyn Ann Uvietta
June 30, 1934 – December 15, 2017
Carolyn Ann (Lutz) Uvietta,83, entered eternal rest December 15,2017. A San Antonio, TX, native, she was born to John George and Mary Frances (Stovall) Lutz on June 30,1934. Carolyn was a graduate from Little Flower High School. She married the love of her life, Albert Louis Uvietta on December 28,1954 in San Antonio,TX. She worked for Santa Rosa Hospital, Little Flower, and St Mary’s University as a bookkeeper, and volunteered for the society of St. Vincent De Paul at St. Luke’s Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by parents and siblings: Deloris, Regina, John, Gerald, Nickolas, Charles, Jack, and Henry. Carolyn is survived by husband of 63 years, Albert; children: Gina Marie Rezaie (Bahman), Teresa Lynn Teasdale (Jimmy), Lisa Ann Serna, Mark Joseph Uvietta (Lori); and numerous other relatives. The family will receive guests at the funeral home Tuesday, December 19,2017 at 6:00p.m. with Rosary at 7:00p.m. Funeral Mass will be at St. Luke’s Catholic Church Wednesday, December 20,2017 at 10:00a.m. Interment at Ft. Carolyn was a ray of sunshine and a genuinely nice person. I remember her as one of those rare people who could make your day better with just a few words. I am very sorry for your loss.
