Emma R. Flowers, age 85, passed away peacefully December 3, 2018 in San Antonio, Texas. She was born on January 23, 1933 in San Antonio, Texas to Jose and Crescincia DeLeon Rivera. Family was the most important part of life to her. She has been married to Bill for over 25 years. They enjoyed watching the Spurs together and taking care of all their puppies. She had her two girls with her former husband, David Allen, of whom she was married to for 18 years. She spoiled her Grandchildren every chance she had and was known so lovingly by many as “Auntie”. Emma loved making people their prettiest and was a beautician for many years. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers Jesse and Juan Rivera, her sister Maria Rivera, and son-in-law, Christopher Allen Kaulbach. She is survived by her beloved husband, Wilburn O. Flowers Jr.; daughters, Beverly A. Miller and husband Wilbur, Betty A. Kaulbach; grandchildren, Tess Bailey, Ashley A. Autrey, Courtney Kaulbach, Dax Moreno and Hunter Miller; great-grandchildren, Kaleb M. Autrey, Maya Bailey and Justice Bailey; brother, Joe Rivera, sisters, Dometilla Rule, Socorro Denend and Janie Serna; and many loved nieces and nephews and friends. Visitation will be at Sunset northwest Funeral Home, 6321 Bandera Road, San Antonio, Texas 78238 on Saturday, December 8, 2018 from 2:15P.M. to 4:00 P.M.
