Gaither Phillips Walker, age 83, passed away March 12, 2018 in San Antonio, TX. He was born on October 24, 1934 in Hopkinsville, KY to Richard & Daisy Walker. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend who will be dearly missed.

He is survived by his wife Janyce Walker, daughter Eileen, son Phillip, grandsons Tom Bruton and John (Stacy) Bruton, and brother in law Mike (Karen) McKenzie.

Visitation will be 9 a.m., Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at Mount Calvary Lutheran Church, 308 Mt. Calvary, San Antonio, TX 78209 with the Funeral Service to follow at 10 a.m. The Burial will continue at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery with Military Honors.

Memorials may be made to Mount Calvary Lutheran Church.
