I will miss him and his frequent calls just to check in. We last talked for 14 minutes on the 20th of June, and I will always cherish our conversation. We also shared the same passion for deals. The Senior French Toast breakfast at Jim’s. At $4.99, it was “such a deal.” May my dear brother rest in peace.

Sitting in Ballard Hall at All Saints and laughing about wanting cupcakes. He had us howling in laughter. I brought him a “Nothing Bundt” mini cake the next week. I deeply regret the period of time we were at odds. But I am so very thankful that we made our peace. I will miss his laugh, I will miss him dearly.

In church services at All Saints, Ron and I sat together in the narthex--him in his wheelchair, me in the pew attached to my oxygen machine on my walker. Sometimes other disabled members joined us in what we laughingly called "the cripple corner." I have missed him in recent weeks since he's been ill, and I will continue to miss him now that he is no longer with us. But I'm so happy for him to be praising the Lord face-to-face. I can see him and my late husband laughing and teasing and having fun in Heaven.

May God give His peace that passes understanding to Magda and all who love Ron.

We are all suffering because we are losing the ones we love. But soon God will wipe out every tear from our eyes. Death will be no more, neither will mourning nor out cry nor pain be anymore (Revelation 21:4). Jesus taught us to pray for God's will to be done here on Earth (Matthew 6:9,10). When God's will is done on Earth, people will not get sick or die because of inherited sin and imperfections. (Isaiah 33:24) Right here on Earth righteous ones will be (Psalms 37:29) and yes, even ones that are asleep in the grave (John 5:28,29) and we can all be together again and will all enjoy the blessings resulting from God's Kingdom rule by Christ Jesus! Until then be strong and take care for my prayers will be with you.
