Rudolph D. Cannon

Rudolph David Cannon age 89, passed away October 11, 2018 in Houston, TX. He was born on November 19, 1928 to Rex and Bertie Cannon in Meadville, MS. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, son, and friend that will be dearly missed.

Mr. Cannon is preceded in death by his parents and his loving and devoted wife of 42 years Frances S. Cannon. He leaves behind his children Michael (Diane) Cannon, Rebecca (Boyd) Waechter, Patrick (Raeus) Cannon, Theresa (Larry) McWilliams and Deborah (Jeffrey) Reavis as well as 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

Services for Mr. Cannon will be held at Sunset Memorial Park & Funeral Home, San Antonio, TX, and include Visitation on November 4, 2018 from 2- 4 pm and Rosary Service immediately afterwards. A Private Committal Service for the family will take place at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery at a later date.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
