Victoriano Gutierrez

Victoriano Gutierrez born on January 12, 1922 went to be with the Lord on January 6, 2019 at the age of 96. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife Hermengilda Gutierrez; his parents Francisco and Eusebia Gutierrez and his siblings Eulalio, Manuel, Gilberto, Gabino, Margarita and Juanita. He is survived by his only son Raymond Gutierrez (Margarita); granddaughter Elizabeth Rose Ramirez (George); sister in-laws Carmen, Adela, Manuela and Lucia. Victoriano loved baseball and coached and managed a team called Aces. He was a U.S. Army veteran who served in Japan in 1942- 1947 and World War II and the 1st Calvary. Victoriano worked at Kelly A.F.B. for 35 years. He also worked at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church for 25 years. He will be truly missed by all his family and friends. A visitation will be on Thursday January 10, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. at Trevino funeral home on 226 Cupples Rd. with the Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. The Funeral Procession will depart from the funeral home on Friday January 11, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. for an 11:00 a.m. Mass of the Resurrection at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church. Interment will follow at San Fernando Cemetery II.
