Bill and I were fellow engineers on Security Hill for many years, working the same programs. My wife shared an office with Bill in the late 90s and they enjoyed early morning chats and coffee together. We also had a lot in common with Bill and his wife, since we were also from Louisiana. God Bless.

From the Pannell family to the Klummp family:
We are so sorry for your loss. We know, though, that your dad is finally reunited with your mom, who truly was the love of his life. They were both fantastic people. You are in our prayers.

I worked for Bill many years and always enjoyed his leadership and friendship. It is a sad day for those of us who knew Bill and are left behind but now Bill is united with his lovely wife, Drucella. Thanks for the memories Bill. Thanks for helping to mold a young engineer. Your memories and family are in my prayers. God bless you.
