Danny was one of my favorite people in the entire world. We were friends from the moment we met when I checked aboard the USS BAYA way back in 1967. The laughs were too numerous to remember, but that's what comes to mind when I think of my friend. Laughter! Always Laughter!
I will truly miss Lt. Agahan (our private joke). God speed and say hello to all of our friends who have gone before.

Danny was a special shipmate on the USS Baya (AGSS-318) where I first met him. Assigned in the Steward rating, he felt that his true passion was in engineering a rating to which he converted to.
Danny always had a smile for everyone and was truly loved by everyone onboard.
He will be missed !
Rest your oars shipmate, we have the watch!
