Survived by his wife of 63 years, LaDonna Sanford Knight, three daughters, Rebecca (Burl) White, Martha (David) Wingerter and Lois (Walter) Sewell. He is survived by 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren, sister, Opal Brown and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by daughter, Sara (Anthony) Masters in 2010.
He was a member of First Baptist Church of Parrish. He was a man who truly loved and served his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He was a veteran of WWII and served in the 865th Engineer Aviation Battalion.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Baptist Church of Parrish, TideWell Hospice or Disabled American Veterans.
