Uncle Cor,had a warm heart for everyone in his life. He was the best partner to my aunt Phyllis, they were happy together. Uncle Cor would always send me messages through Facebook and emails.
I am going to miss our talks. And always happy to go for coffee and visit. RIP uncle Cor.

Our lives will be missing a true gentleman. Cor was a rare breed...always there to lend a hand to anyone that needed it, I rarely heard him say a negative word about anyone but those he did had it coming. His smile lit up the world. He was genuine, honest and will truly be missed by anyone who was blessed to have known him. My heart breaks for those he was closest to and your Friday nights will never be the same. On the only plus side he has finally reunited with his beloved who he missed so very much.

Cor was one of the most respected and fun Captains I had the pleasure to work with on the SFD. A true firefighter who really will be missed.
