Clark Everett Riley

Clark Everett Riley, 72, of Savannah, Ga. died Monday August 1st, 2011 at his summer residence in North Carolina after a long illness.

He was born in Bluffton, S.C. He was a member of Coastal Cathedral Church of God and served in the U.S. Coast Guard.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Rufus and Edna Riley.

He is survived by his wife, Doris Fender Riley of Savannah, Ga.; 2 daughters, Melissa and her husband Anthony Moore of Vidalia, Ga. and Rhonda and her husband David Avera of Lawrenceville, Ga. and 6 grandchildren, Eric and Brittany Moore, Meredith Moore, Jacob, Matthew, and Ashley Avera; brother, Tommy Riley and sister, Trudy and her husband Marion Cramer.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the building fund at Coastal Cathedral Church of God, P.O.Box 14118, Savannah, Ga. 31416.

Visitation will be at 12:30 pm Thursday August 4th, 2011 at Fairhaven Funeral Home Hubert C. Baker Chapel.

Funeral Service to follow at 1:30 pm in the Chapel of the Funeral Home with Pastor Dale Dyar officiating.

Interment to follow at Hillcrest Abbey Cemetery.
