Dave was born in Bellflower, California to Robert and Francis Rich. He later moved to Morton,Washington when he was young. He eventually moved to the Everett, Washington area where he married and started his family. Dave was an avid sports fan and enjoyed woodworking.
He was proceeds in death by his parents, Robert and Francis; and brother Glenn. He left behind his stepfather, Robert; nine siblings; four sons Robert, JR, Bill & Sean; and five grandchildren; and many loving friends.
