Dear Frances and Brian - so sorry to hear of the passing of Arthur. He grew up next to me on Broad St. in Norwich. Our mothers were good friends and we played together , had fun in the snow and we literally grew up together. He was always a good friend and I'm going to miss him. Ben Dubicki

Art was always such a joy to work with at the Norwich Bulletin. I learned so much about the life of a newspaper man from him. My heart goes out to his family and friends in your time of loss. He was such a fiery spark that I'm sure he is brightening up the heavens right now with his contagious smile.

Heartfelt condolences are extended to the Falvey family. The time goes by but I retain fond memories of our early years of friendship.
Arthur and I were classmates for 12 years, first, eight years at St. Patrick School and then four more at NFA, graduating with the Class of ‘58. I was saddened to learn of his passing this morning.
