Ted was a loving husband, father, and Papa. Family was always his top priority, and he always put everyone selflessly before himself. He held strong to his faith, love for God, and working in Native American ministry.
He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Carolyn Whitaker; Children Adam, Lucas, Heather, and son-in- law Jon; Grandchildren Ashton, Asher, Lily, Zoe, and Layla. Siblings Drew, Ed, Margaret, Beth, Steve and wife Sandy, and John and wife Jaye.
His memorial service will be on Friday, April 6th at 1 pm. It will be held at First Indian Baptist located on the corner of Minnesota and Darrow in Shawnee, OK.
