Glenda Clark Heath

Glenda Clark Heath, age 81 of Shepherdsville, returned to her Heavenly Father on Wednesday, November 15, 2023. She was born in Charlestown, South Carolina on Wednesday, January 14, 1942, to the late Gobel and Ollie Clark. 

She is also preceded in death by her husband, Albert Heath; her brothers, Deryl Clark and Delano Clark; along with a daughter in law, Kimberly Heath. 

Glenda retired as Bullitt County Public Schools Health Services Coordinator and was a former Bullitt County Deputy Coroner for over 20 years. She was actively involved in several community charitable organizations and was a member of the Eastern Star, the Bullitt County Women’s Club and CASA. She enjoyed music, playing piano, organ, accordion, and square dancing. She enjoyed cooking for her family and traveling. Her greatest love was for her children and grandchildren. 

She leaves to cherish her memory, her children, Kevin Heath (Whitney), Kendrick Heath and Keith Heath (Shari); her grandchildren, Alex, Esther Emily, Matthew, Ashley, Lindsey, Joshua, Dylan and Brittney; her great grandchildren, Elle, Brody, Cameron, Carson, Connor, Vanessa and Madison; along with a host of other family and friends. 

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 am on Saturday, November 25, 2023, at Hardy-Close Funeral Home, 285 S. Buckman Street, Shepherdsville with burial to follow at Brookland Cemetery. Visitations will be on Friday, November 24, 2023   from 3:00 pm until 8 pm and Saturday from 9 am until the time of service at 11 am.
