Charman Taravella Perry

Charman Taravella Perry, 53, a native and resident of Shreveport, LA passed away at her home on Monday, September 30, 2013. Charman attended Woodlawn High School and worked for Kroger Grocery for 15 years. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Blanchard, LA. She loved to dance, read, write, listen to music, and have coffee with her friends. She is survived by her husband Rodger Perry; children: Justin Perry, Jessica Perry, and Jeremy Guerra and wife Janea; mother Shirley Taravella; brother Joe Taravella III and wife Dana; and grandchildren Brooklyn and Elijah Guerra. Charman was preceded in death by her father Joe Taravella Jr.; paternal grandmother Jenny Taravella; and maternal grandparents William and Lucy Antley. Visitation will be held at Centuries funeral home on Friday, October 4, 2013 from 5pm until 7pm and services will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2013 at Centuries Funeral Home Chapel at 10am. Interment will follow immediately in Centuries Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Jerrod Ivey, Aaron Ward, Josh Mounger, Deric Addock, Bill Wilson, Tony Parsons, Ray Morris and Andy Bailey.
