John William Murray, 75, died September 12, 2019, at his home in Houston, Texas.

His graveside service will be held this Friday, September 27, 2019, at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m.

John was born on September 23, 1944, in Louisiana to Bill and Jewell Murray. He married Lillye (Frish) Talley in Houston, TX where they resided.

John was a member of the Air National Guard, had a successful career at NASA, and was an avid coin collector.

John is survived by his five step-children and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
