Beloved husband of Maria Smillo; loving father of Antonino Smillo and Lucia (Tino) Buono; dear brother of Domenica and Giuseppe (Cristina) and sister-in-law, Giuseppa; cherished grandfather of Elysa, Nina, Francesco, Gina and Carmelo; adored great-grandfather of Thomas, Natalie and Liam and uncle of Nino, Lucia, Roberto and Sara. Visitation will be held at HINES-RINALDI FUNERAL HOME, 11800 New Hampshire Ave., Silver Spring, MD on Wednesday, June 13 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, June 14 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Peters Catholic Church, 2900 Olney Sandy Spring Rd., Olney, MD 20832.
