Aaron E. Adams age 86 of Snellville passed away September 13, 2011. He was a member of First Baptist Church Snellville; served his country in the U S Army during WW II in the Phillipines and New Guinea; retiring with 29 years as a Master Sergeant in the Army Reserves. Mr. Adams retired after 37 years with General Motors. Surviving are his wife of 63 years, Agnes; sons and daughters-in-law, Lanice & Judy Aams, Steve & Debbie Adams, all of Loganville; sisters and brother-in-law, Evelyn & Noah Scott, Jonesboro, Carolyn Wohar, Alpharetta; brothers and sister-in-law, Bill Adams, of Williamson, Douglas & Lavina Adams, Ellijay; and grandchildren, Bobby & Becky. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm, Friday, September 16, 2011 in Eternal Hills Chapel with Dr. James Lee officiating. Interment, with Military Honors in Eternal Hills Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Heart Association or Alzheimers Association. Visitation with the family will be held today 6 to 8 pm at Eternal Hills Funeral Home, Snellville, 770-972-3155.
