I just wanted to express my deepest condolences to the Rauner Family - Irene, Chris, Mike, and Penny as well as the other members of the family. I knew Gene for the better part of 20 years and learned a lot from him as a friend, mentor, and Manager. He was a great man, mentor, and teacher to many. He loved to speak about his lovely wife Irene and his two wonderful sons who he was so proud of and his beloved dog a Border Collie named Penny. He was truly a Gentle Giant loved by so many and will be missed now and always. Rest in Peace Gene. I look forward to seeing you again someday my friend.
