Jack and Karen,
So sorry for your loss. Aunt Joan was very special to me and we kept in touch with each other over the years. I have many happy memories of visiting with her.

I didn't have the pleasure. But I do know that Jack is one of the kindest, most caring men I've ever known. I can't think of a better legacy. And I'm grateful for the gift. I'm sorry to all for your loss, & glad to glimpse her through your memories here. May her peace bring the same to you.

Joan was a close friend of mine. She was kind, sweet and generous to everyone. In the building she lived in everyone “shares”, tea bags, bandaids, milk. She would always help if she could though never asked for help. She wrote poetry for everyone. She had a way of touching people that made them feel good. I’ll miss Joan so much though I have no doubt she is with “Ernie” with whom she would , most assuredly, like to be.
God Bless Joan

My deepest condolences to Jack and Karen. I will always remember Joans laughter and how much fun she was. Our mothers were best friends and now they'll be best friends again up in heaven. Love you Karen and Jack.
