Mae Mae was a huge part of our daughter Rydell’s childhood life. She was more of a third Grandmother to Rydell than a chid care giver. She was a delight for Steven and I also. Rydell still remembers songs that Mae Mae taught her and remembers having her hair brushed and sharing secrets. She would drive up the driveway in her gold Toyota Celica sports car, never a hair out of place, beautifully dressed with a smile. We continued to stay in touch for years afterward visiting her at both of her Brewster residences and Pleasant Bay care facility. She was warm, generous, fun, loving and we will miss her. Sorry to have to miss her memorial gathering. Love to the family. KT
