Jacklyn C. “Jackie” O’Neil Monday, June 29th, 1931 To Monday, November 4th, 2019

Our beloved Mom went home to our LORD JESUS CHRIST on November 4th, 2019. Born June 29th, 1931 in Spokane, WA, she was one of five children to William & Irene Brockman. Jackie graduated from West Valley High School in 1949 and soon after married her high school sweetheart, Delbert Keith Willard, with whom she had three children. They divorced in 1967 and Del passed away in 1974. She was given a second chance at love and married James “Dick” O’Neil in 1972. They remained in love and marriage until Dick’s passing in 2012. Jackie is survived by daughter Kareen Smith and son Darrell Willard, both of Spokane Valley, as well as seven grandchildren, many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by both parents, both husbands, all her siblings and one daughter, DeLynn Zemzars. Jackie loved to play tennis, winning many trophies in her younger days. She also loved to bowl and play Pinochle. She worked as the office manager for a local skin doctor for many years and later went on to manage clubs such as the Spokane Valley Eagles and both the Spokane Valley and Yakima Elks. She went on to co-manage the Camlu Retirement Apartments in the Spokane Valley with her husband, Dick O’Neil, for twelve years. Jackie loved helping the elderly and she was amazing in her love for the lost and forsaken people that she became a “Mom” to! She attended the Spokane Deaf Church for about four years where she was loved and able to share her love until Alzheimer’s took this from her. Jackie also LOVED to cook and all her family and friends will especially miss her home made cinnamon rolls, apple pie and turtle cheesecake!

Jackie is Forever Loved and Never Forgotten
