Carmela Liotta, born on September 18, 1935, in Manhattan, New York, passed away on September 21, 2025, at the age of 90. A resident of Spring Hill, Florida, Carmela was a beloved member of her community and family.
Carmela graduated with a high school diploma from Washington Irving High School. She pursued a career in banking, where she worked at Bethpage Reliance Federal Savings Bank.
On June 1, 1957, Carmela married Vincent, and together they built a loving family. She was the cherished mother of Gaspare, Frank, Carmela, and Vincent. Her family extended to her Daughters-in-Laws, Ann Marie, Joanne, and Tina, and her grandchildren, Christopher, Charles, Cassandra, Vincent, Cara, Nicholas, Terrance, Joseph, Hannah, and Klaus. Carmela also had the joy of being a great-grandmother to Johnathon, Lilliana, and Emma.
Carmela was the youngest of nine siblings, and her sister Rosie is the only surviving sibling. Her family was central to her life, and she found great joy in spending time with them and playing Bingo.
Carmela Liotta will be remembered for her warm spirit, her dedication to her family, and her contributions to her community. She leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories.
