Ronnie was born September 6, 1989. He worked for Two Men and a Truck Moving Company in Springfield. He loved his family and enjoyed walking his dog with his sister and friends. He was a 2009 graduate of Springfield High School and earned an HVAC certificate from Lincoln Land Community College in 2015.
Ronnie was an avid fisherman and was happiest when fishing with friends. He was a sports enthusiast and was thrilled when the Chicago Cubs won the 2016 World Series! In addition he enjoyed watching the Chicago Blackhawks and Chicago Bears. Another favorite pastime was watching UFC fights and playing Play Station 4.
Ronnie was preceded in death by his grandpa, Ronald L. Cagle, a brother Eric Wyatt, and his great aunt, Sandi Tomilson.
Surviving are his mother, Jill Cagle, sister, Melissa Treat, brother Joseph Wyatt, brother Danny Shreves, his grandmother, Sharon Cagle, three uncles: Brett Cagle, Jon (Susan) Cagle, and Kyle Cagle, his cousins, Michael Cagle and Katie (Tyler) Ely, and his girlfriend, Amber Matulis.
He was a friend to many, and will be missed by all. His infectious smile, good nature, and willing to help anyone.
Cremation Rites will be accorded by the Bisch Funeral Homes and Cremation Services.
The family will greet family and friends at Hope Free Church, 3000 Lenhart Rd., Springfield, IL 62711 on Monday, July 23, 2018 from 4 pm until time of a memorial service there at 6 pm. Pastor Beth Yokley will officiate. Private inurnment will be in Edinburg Cemetery, Edinburg, IL.
In lieu of flowers, those who wish may direct memorial contributions to the Ronald L. Treat Memorial Fund c/o Bank of Springfield. Donations can be sent to any Bank of Springfield location.
