Joseph "Joe" William Hway, age 53, of St Catharines, Ontario passed away on Monday, January 17, 2022. Joe was born October 23, 1968. He is predeceased by his father Victor Hway, his father-in-law Malcolm Smith, brother-in-law Jody Clark, and his uncle Steve "Sam" (Betty) Danko. Joe is survived by his mother Elizabeth Hway (nee Danko), his loving wife Angie Hway (nee Smith), daughter Stephanee (Tyron), sisters Tammy (Shane) and Vicki (the late Jody), and many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. He will be missed by many friends, neighbours, co-workers, and all of his pets.
Friends will be received at the HULSE & ENGLISH FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL; 75 Church St., St. Catharines (905-684-6346) on Sunday, January 23, 2022 from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please call the funeral home to reserve a 10-minute appointment for visitation. Guests are asked to remain in their vehicles until their scheduled appointment time. Gathering in the parking lot and hallways is not permitted. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Monday, January 24, 2022 at 2:00 PM. Due to restrictions associated with COVID-19, ATTENDANCE IS LIMITED. Please call to RSVP. The service will also be livestreamed and available for viewing at https://fweb.tv/69923.
Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or to the Lincoln County Humane Society in Joe's memory would be appreciated by the family.
