Doug Demey passed away July 22, 2016 surrounded by his loving family. He was born on June 8, 1955 at Cottage Hospital in Grosse Pointe Farms, Michigan to Walter M. and Marie L. Demey. With his family, Doug operated Demey Florist in St. Clair Shores. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Pam (nee: Reed). Dear father of Anne and Benjamin. Loving brother of Michael (Mary Anne) Demey. Doug was a treasured and loyal friend to many and will be dearly missed. Doug's family will celebrate his life and all that he has meant to them and his valued friends. A memorial celebration will be held on Saturday, July 30, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at his home.
