Carol hired me back in 1977 at American National Bank. Carol became a really good friend and we stayed in touch all these years. I will miss you my friend. Her ears should have been ringing all the time I talked about her so much. My heart goes out to her family.

Carol worked with my father the late Ralph Bertel for many years at American National Bank until he retired. She was one of his favorite people. I will allways remember Carol with great affection and for her wonderful laugh.

Carol worked with my mother, Marian Roberds, at American National Bank for many years. I knew her growing up. I remember her great laugh, her joking, her travels, her great tan and her style. Most of all I remember her liveliness and contagious spirit. My mother misses their get togethers after retirement. Rest in peace, Carol.
