It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of Claire L. Schramm announces her passing. Ms. Schramm passed away on Friday, April 28, 2017. A resident of Stafford, formerly Philadelphia, she will be truly missed. She is survived by her brother, Gerard Schramm. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00pm on Monday, May 1, 2017 at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service in Stafford. Interment will take place at a later date at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Philadelphia.
