The Miller family met Vic and Betty when we became neighbors in March 1993. Our kids were young and Vic became a surrogate grandfather to them both, showing them to the mysteries of life on the river and how to ride a bike. Vic was always ready and willing to lend a hand, and incredibly, capable of doing most anything.
Over the years there were many laughs and fond memories, our kids have grown up and now are married with kids of their own, and Vic and Betty became grandparents to six great kids.
But what never changed was Vic, his soft accented voice, kindness to everyone and love of Betty and his family.
You will certainly be missed my dear friend, and will remain in the memory of all those you have touched over the years.
Rest in Peace,
