Lillian lived in Vinton since 1961, coming from Burkeville, Texas. She attended the First Baptist Church of Vinton.
Survivors include her husband John Castille; son Charles Barry Nicks of Bradenton, Fl; grandchildren Charles Barry Nicks, Jr., and Susan Gaye Nicks; and great grandchildren Chase Nicks, Millie Nicks, Blake Donnelly and Hampton Donnelly.
She is preceded in death by her parents Archie Lafayette Maples and Claudious Ione Long; brother John Nathan Maples; and sisters Opal Allyne Maples and Archie Mae Maples.
Her funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday, December 23, in Huntsville Funeral Home in Huntsville, Texas. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Adicks Addition, in Huntsville. Visitation will be Friday from 8:30 until 10 a.m. in the funeral home.
