Dear Helga, Debbie, Frank, and the rest of the family: we mourn the passing of Frank and send our sympathy and deepest condolences. He will live in my memory as the kind, helpful and cheerful man who loved socializing with all, playing games and skewering his co-players with his dry sense of humor. He will be missed!

Dear Aunt Helga, Debbie-D:-) & Dave, Frank & Maggie: Our love and thoughts are with you all... Uncle Frank was always so kind and sweet! I will always cherish my memories of family times together, our mutual enjoyment of vollkorn brot with blackberry jam, many stories and much laughter. I regret that we never took a road trip to BC to visit, so I will always see Uncle Frank in Ottawa... or with Dad somewhere, having a good laugh. Much love and many blessings to you all. xo

Dear Helga,
Although it has been over six years since we last saw Frank, he was to the ‘Cole kids' our adopted grandfather, and it is with great love and sadness that we express our heartfelt condolences to you, your children and the extended family.
We remember with tremendous fondness Frank's warm smile, cheeky sense of humour and infectious laugh. We remember spending many a Sunday afternoon in Thailand playing games on his computer and enjoying his tales and jokes. And we will never forget the joy and excitement of your visit to Australia – you and Frank are the only senior travellers we know of who toured the Sydney city harbour and the Three Sisters in the Blue Mountains in one day. Frank's zeal for life, generosity towards others, and his deep love for you have been wonderful examples for us to model in our lives. We are so thankful to God for the blessing and privilege of knowing Frank.
We are sorry that we will be unable to attend Frank's Celebration of Life service, however we celebrate him in our hearts from ‘Down Under' and we pray that the Lord will comfort and strengthen you with His presence and peace.
All our love,
Erica & Aron, Hannah & Tristan, and Luke

Dear Helga and family:
We are so sorry for your loss. Frank was a kind and gentle soul - a true gentleman! I remember fondly our drive up to Whistler on the day of your 50. wedding anniversary. Taking the gondola up to the top, hiking to the Inukshuk and enjoying the beautiful views. He will be missed.
God bless you all.
Love, Inge, Karlheinz and family

Canada has lost a great son! It was Frank's desire to proudly wear this pair of "O Canada" mitts....I even remember accompanying Frank to buy them. Dear Frank, my first and best Canadian friend. No words can sufficiently describe the void you left in my heart. May the Peace and Love of God be with dear Helga, Frank W., Deborah, and families.
