Annie Parrino
February 14, 1920 – January 15, 2022

Annie Parrino, 101, passed on January 15, 2022 with her children by her side. Annie was a native of Tampa and long-time member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church
.
Annie was predeceased by her parents, Angelo and Giovannina Cacciatore, her loving husband, Sam, her infant son, Anthony, sister, Mary Valenti, and brother, Sam Cacciatore.
Annie’s world centered on her home, her Sicilian roots, and her family to whom she was utterly devoted. Annie will be remembered for her sweet disposition, generosity in all things and her baked goods.
Survivors include her son, Sam Parrino (Donna), and daughter, Loraine Parrino Loper (James). She was beloved Nana Annie to grandchildren, Michael Parrino, Lauren Parrino and Byron Loper; and seven great-grandchildren; Matthew, Elizabeth, Katherine, and Allison Parrino; Skylar and Caden Curts; and Gavin Loper. Annie is also survived by her sister-in-law, Lorraine Parrino, and many nieces and nephews.
On Friday January 28th, visitation will be at 10am with services at 11am at Blount & Curry Funeral Home Carrollwood Chapel, 3207 W. Bearss Ave, FL 33618. Masks are requested. Interment will follow at the Italian Club Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Alzheimer’s Association or a charity of your choice.
The family thanks her caregivers for their many years of loving care: Silvia, Jim, Lila, Nancy, and Jan.
