Dear Nancy, Moe and Family!

We were so sorry o hear of Betty's passing. She was a lovely lady, always so kind to our daughter, Lois.

We have fond memories of being at your home in Tampa, to help decorate the Christmas tree and stay for wonderful desserts.

Betty will be sorely missed.

Moe, I was truly sorry to hear about Betty when you called the other day. It is not easy for a person when he loses his companion of 60 years. Moe there are a lot great memories that you can use as some sort of solace. Myself, I remember the trips through Europe that we took over the last 20 years, particularly that first trip when we met in Italy. All the friends we made, including the Hardwicks, the Smiths, the Petermans and Debbie among others. I remember trying to convince you to order Italian dishes at the restaurant as opposed to hamburgers, as the waiter could not relate to what a hamburger was. You are going to surely miss Betty as we all will, but I have confidence in you and with the support of your friends and family you will prevail. Neville

Betty was my best friend Nance's mom, and she treated me like a second daughter. For years, she welcomed me into her home, and also spent hours carting us around in her brown Subaru to the mall, band rehearsal, concerts, parties, etc... always with a smile on her face and words of positivity, practicality, and encouragement. I will cherish those memories forever.

Moe, I’m so sorry that Betty’s life ended so quickly. She was a fighter and the two of you should have stayed by each other until eternity but God had other plans for that sweet lady. Your little family of 3 reminds me so much of Fred’s little family and it has been so hard on his mom after his Dad passed. We don’t ever forget and there never seems to be easy days, but one day you will have days that are better than others. Betty will always be remembered as a part of our early lives with the children growing up. She was special indeed and always saw the best in every one and every situation. She will be missed by all who knew her. We are thinking of all of you Nancy and family. Love you guys so much.
Fred and Lisa.
