James Paul Nault, age 82, of Tampa, FL passed away, after a brave struggle with cancer, on Wednesday January 9, 2019. Jim was born April 25, 1936 in Ishpeming, MI to Henry and Eva (Perrault) Nault. He attended St. Lawrence Seminary and soon after, he joined the Army. Jim served for two years and then enrolled at St. Norbert College where he graduated with honors. Jim and Mary were married at St. Matthew Catholic Church in Green Bay, WI on September 5, 1959. He started his business career with Employers Mutual of Wausau, WI. Jim excelled in marketing and management and with skill and determination he capped off his career as President and CEO of Great Western Sugar in Denver, CO. He was an active member of Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Temple Terrace, FL, serving as a lector and on various committees. He was also a loyal member of the Knights of Columbus, serving as a fourth degree Knight and Faithful Navigator. Jim and Mary enjoyed spending summers in Green Bay, WI. He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Mary; his five children, James "Jay" Nault (Laura Rhoades), Robert Nault (Elisa), Jessica Krauser (Mathew), Monica Nabholz (Baird) and Martha Schuham (Richard); and his twelve grandchildren, Mathew Krauser, Julia, Sara and Charlie Schuham, Jack and Janie Nabholz, Joshua and Kathryn Nault, James and Savannah Nault, and Tyler Nault, his fiancé, Allison Schaefer and her daughter, Natalia Ramos. With less than three weeks to live, and his health severely declining, Jim and Mary boarded a plane bound for Turks and Caicos for a vacation with all of the above family members. For Jim, it was the highlight of his final days. It was a get-together that we will never forget and we will cherish those memories for the rest of our lives. I remember Jim when we were both students at St, Norbert College. We became good friends in later years as I became his brother in law as I married Mary's sister Bobbi on January 5. 1963. Over the years when we got together we always enjoyed each others company. He will truly be missed.

Jim will always be very special in my memories. Whenever we visited, he would always see to it that we would have fun and would see special things and areas of interest.
He was also very helpful to us with any problems that would pop up.
He will always be around in my memory, as good people like him stay with us.
I'm surely glad that my dear sister had the good idea to marry him!!!!!
I am very sad that ill health is keeping me from being with everyone at this time.
My love to all Jim's family, Bobbi

I am so sorry to hear of Jim's passing. Although I hadn't seen him in many years, I have fond memories of spending time with him when we were young. My deepest sympathy to all of his family.
