Shawndell V. Marine, age 49, peacefully went to be with the Lord at her home in Valrico, FL on February 8, 2019. Shawndell was born on December 14, 1969, in Tampa, FL to Stanley and Eva Kay Marine. She was a graduate of Brandon High School, class of 1988. She also attended Southern Adventist University, TN. Survived by her mother, Eva; brothers, U.S., Shane and Jimmy Marine; as well as two beloved children, Svetlanna and Malachi Feddersen. Shawndell's favorite activities were spending time with family, reading the Bible, and frequently could be found on her patio with her cat. She always enjoyed reminiscing with family, and close-knit friends, on the phone. She was passionate about keeping abreast of the needs of those she cared about. She touched many lives, was loved by all who met her, and had an uncanny ability to reach people in a deep and positive way. We will have a memorial of her life on Sunday, February 17th, at Garden of Memories Chapel; located at 4207 E Lake Ave, Tampa. The visitation will start at 10:30 AM followed by the service at 11:30.

My sincere condolences to Aunt Eva Kay and the entire family. I am sending love and prayers asking the Lord to give you peace and strength during this difficult time. Wherever Shawndell was, you were met with a smile. Her laugh was infectious and I loved spending time with her growing up. I’m so saddened in her loss but I know her spirit lives on in everything that is good on this earth, a sweet breeze, the ocean tide, the bright sky. We will meet her again. See you at the gate Shawndell. All my love, Kimberly ❤️

My heart goes out to this family. I do not have one specific memory of Shawndell, but many happy ones. Growing up with her and her family was always so much fun. She always made people feel good and happy. She had such a great smile and warm heart. One specific thing I will always remember is that if she saw someone not smiling, or sad, she would find some way to make that person feel better and they would always laugh or smile. That was who she was — genuine and loving. Those are my memories. She was taken way too young. Condolences to the family. Miss you all so much!
