Jerry Wayne Wilder age 59 of Tazewell, TN was born December 9, 1958 and passed away June 1, 2018 at Claiborne Medical Center. He was a member of Goins Chapel Baptist Church IN Sneedville, Tennessee. He loved to hunt, fish, spend time with his grandchildren and family. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jan Holt Wilder; his mother and father Dorothy Bolden Wilder and James Nelson Wilder; sisters, Betty Jo Ellison, Margaret Long, Gwenlyn Long, Anna Jane Helton, and Jean Dunkle; brothers Jim Wilder and Robert Wilder. He is survived by his daughters: Stacy (Jesse) Wolfe of Tazewell, TN Melissa Widner of Sneedville, TN 6 Grandchildren: Joseph Wilder, Izic Wolfenbarger, Logan Wolfenbarger, Christian Widner, Jade Ford, and Connor Wilder Sister: Joyce (Bill) Sheckell and a host of other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 until 12:00 Wednesday June 6, 2018 with funeral service to follow at 12:00 Noon Wednesday in the Coffey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial in the Fairview Cemetery Minister: Rev, Bryan Cooke Singers: The Fred Reed Family Singers Pallbearers: Steve Ellison, Tyler Ellison, Cody Hensley, Allen Holt, Pap Wilder, Dale Wilder, Camen Wilder, Honorary Pallbearers: Grandsons Joseph Wilder, Izic Wolfenbarger , Logan Wolfenbarger, Christian Widner, Donnie Noe and Connor Wilder. Coffey Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

I sure miss u so much already dad. I have always looked up to u. We were the best of friends forever we would just ride around ,hunt fish, an just be together. It has taken everything in me just knowing I can't call or just come by an talk. I love u forever an a day .. Love ur daughter stacy

God received another Angel in you Jerry! Miss and love you so much! One of the Tennessee Ridge Runners back on the mountain when we were growing up! A few of us will remember that! Love you and until I see you again! In the photo, Uncle Jerry in the grey plaid shirt! They were being silly!
