Phyllis Ann Cosby Dyer age 64 of Tazewell was born July 10, 1949 and passed away August 5, 2013 at her home. She was a member of Gap Creek Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Herman Dyer; Parents, Jerry and Doxie Cosby; Brothers, Charlie, James Jr. and Ernest Cosby; Sisters, Glessie Jewell and Molly Ferguson

She is survived by his Son: Brian Kenneth Hubbard

Granddaughter: Shelby Lynn Hubbard

The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. Thursday at Coffey Funeral Home in Tazewell. Funeral service 11:00 A.M. Thursday August 8, 2013 at Coffey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial in the Oak Grove Cemetery.
